Had an amazing weekend .Callum our driver was fabulous nothing was too much trouble for him.1st time we have been with Jones and already looking to book again .

My husband and I had a lovely break we loved both Gloucester and Cheltenham the hotel room clean and had everything you needed and the breakfast was great . Callum our driver was really friendly and helpful a credit to the company. Would definitely travel with your company again

A great trip, the day in Chatsworth was amazing and we enjoyed Lincoln and Cheltenham. Coach was extremely comfortable and our driver Callum superb. Hotel was good and food OK, but amazing value. Only criticism is that the Birmingham Xmas Market was poor and having had a very early start The Bull Ring was all a bit too much on the first day.That being said, I would certainly recommend Jones the Bus, and have already booked on two more trips.

Had a fantastic two days away with jones international. had a great time in London and Bristol.. our driver James was absolutely outstanding… great laugh an looked after us all any problems he was always there to help… Jones international is the only company I will travel with amazing coaches so comfy and always clean thank you again can’t wait to book many more trips

From the moment of pick up to the time we came home this break was fantastic plenty of time in London and Bristol to see what we wanted to see.lovely hotel beautiful room and plenty of choice for breakfast And mark our driver was first class fair play but on saying that I've forgotten how many times I've travelled with Jones the bus and have never had cause to complain. Bus driver was excellent. Trips was excellent. Hotel-food was excellent, service was excellent. Room was very dated. Our bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on.and shower was very old and not best. The room was not too our liking ,Wouldn't stay at this hotel again sorry.

This was an amazing trip.. real value for money, as always.The coach was modern, warm, comfortable with plug points for chargers. The driver, Neil, was friendly and helpful. The hotel( The Holiday Inn Express in Cheltenham ) was central and the staff and facilities were really good. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast had a selection that could not be faulted. Gloucester Quays was a lovely place for a visit and the Christmas market just enhanced the visit… plenty of retail therapy in a pleasant place that was not so busy that you couldn’t move! The retail outlets had a great choice of things to browse and buy too.Cheltenham was a lovely shopping centre with multiple places to eat and drink and the shopping there was really good too.My friend and I had never visited either of these places but we will definitely go on this particular trip again.Thank you for a lovely trip.

Had a amazing time ,Callan was very knowledgeable of London and was able to update us during the trip .The hotel was comfortable Loved the show It was our 1st time with Jones International would definitely book another trip .

First time on a coach trip for my husband and I and it didn't disapoint. The driver Callum kept us well informed about timings and when we'll get to hotel and destinations. The only down side was that there must have been a party at the hotel and the noise in the corridor where the kids were running up and down till 3am we didn't get much sleep at all, but the hotel was clean evening meal was nice and breakfast was good. The bus itself was immaculate, very comfortable plenty of leg room will definitely recommend and will definitely booking a trip in the new year.

We had a wonderful break away, lovely clean bus, fantastic driver James, he was great!The hotel was in a fab location to the Christmas market in Birmingham, but i have to say i really loved Merry hill shopping centre, definitely would book that combo again! Can’t wait to book for next year x

What a fantastic experience we had. Our one night break to Mana Mia the party at the O2 in Greenwich went so smoothly with Callam our driver. He explained everything along the way. He knew London inside out. This is my second trip with Jones the buses and I have a few more booked. And I’ll definitely be looking to book more wonderful trips with them again. Diolch.

Lovely smooth trip. The driver Nigel and his right hand lady kept us informed with all the information we needed. The Cheltenham Chase Spa hotel was a great choice and we took advantage of the facilities. Will definitely be booking again.

Great time in Blackpool hotel was bit out dated but they all the same nigel and Jean were fabulous buy the way happy 70th mini charles bronson will be booking again

Another great weekend away with you... as always driver fantastic. Looking forwards for January's 2 for 1 break to Torquay... well done guys.

The Hotel was ok, as we was on the third floor and the lift was out of order on many occasions we are both in ours late 70s. We know it was out of Jones international control, we can't fault the service from Jones international driver, he was excellent and very pleasant and couldn't do enough he even got us the daily paper. Nothing was to much for him. We will definitely be booking with Jones international again.

Great experience from beginning to end! The show was fab. A real party atmosphere with delicious Greek food and good company on the trip. A must for all Abba fans! Couldn't fault the hotel. Comfortable beds,lovely rooms and great breakfast choice. Shaun, our driver was friendly and a mine of information, keeping us updated on everything we needed to know. In spite of many diversions and accidents he made the journey enjoyable and smooth. Windsor and the Castle the folllowing day was an added bonus. Would thoroughly recommend both the trip amd Jones International.

Absolutely fantastic trip from start to finish , bus was new and very comfortable. Bus driver very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and a very careful experienced driver. The hotel was exceptional, I didn’t expect a hotel of that size on a coach trip. Rooms were huge , and very clean and extremely comfortable night sleep. Breakfast choice was unbelievable. So much to choose from and delicious. The show was amazing, food at that venue was stunning. Day at Windsor was very enjoyable. Congratulations Jones International on a superb business. I will definitely be booking again in the near future.

We enjoyed every minute of our holiday. Nathan did a great job keeping us informed when we got stuck in traffic on M5. He had another driver helping him out, giving us information while Nathan plotted the best way to get there. Unfortunately we had to miss out on a stop in Taunton but he got us there in time for dinner!We stayed at the Riveria Hotel, which looked a bit unkempt from outside, but it is being refurbished, was lovely inside, all decorated for Christmas. Staff very friendly and efficient. We enjoyed the food, plenty of choice both dinner and breakfast. Entertainment was great, only complaint, chairs were not very comfortable.Have already booked my next trip. Can't fault Jones The Bus from the minute I booked (online) to the minute Nathan dropped us off. Fantastic.

Had a fabulous weekend with Callum our great driver.He must have done quite a bit of research to get everything right and according to the weather too. Lovely hotel, clean, comfortable and great staff. Only complaint there was the terrible evening meal. But I do realise that’s out of your control at Jones’ buses. And personally and this was also the view of the rest of my group, I’d have preferred to give Exeter city a miss and spent more time at Wells and maybe a small stop at Cheddar cliffs. But once again I do realise that it’s quite difficult to please everyone. And Callum must have worked hard to fit everything in. That said, look forward to seeing you again soon.

Booked for a group of 6 ladies who all commented that this was a very enjoyable trip. Comfortable coach and Hotel choice with overnight stay was excellent. Driver very informative and friendly. Would recommend this company and use again for future trips.

I booked this trip for my partner’s birthday and I’m so glad that I did! By far the best coach trip I’ve ever booked. We have used other companies in the past but will be sticking with Jones from now on, from start to finish we had the most amazing trip. Our coach driver Mark was fantastic and made sure we were safe during our time in London. He has such a bright personality and everyone travelling on the coach loved him. The theatre seats were brilliant, we were in the stalls with a clear view of the stage. The hotel was fantastic too. Everything was 11/10! I’m already looking for our next trip! Brilliant trip! Driver (Callum) superb - managed to change route to avoid traffic hold-ups, provided mini sight seeing tour plus really helpful information and was ‘on hand’ should we need him. Hotel great, and very conveniently placed for galleries, shopping and theatre. Excellent breakfast! Recommend Ivy Brasserie, Covent Garden. Fantastic value for money and now looking for next break! Perfect without question.

Excellent value break, Nigel and Nigel were excellent tour drivers and looked after us all . I would recommend visiting Bruges it’s an excellent base to visit other areas close by like Brussels, a mix of shopping good food and loads of chocolate , would always recommend Jones international to get me there .

Had a fantastic time away in Italy.Hotel Sole was situated in the ideal location with stunning views of the harbour and mountains.Room was top-class, located on the fourth floor with access to the shared sun terrace.Optional excursions were amazing - boat trip and walking tour is a must in the beautiful town of Verona with our guide Luka.Last of all our drivers - Mark and Shaun - made the trip much more enjoyable.Thanks Jones the Bus!Will be back again soon!

The trip to Edinburgh was absolutely wonderful, everything was perfect from start to finish. Thank to James the driver. Always recommend your coach travel, choice of hotel and locations are fabulous best way to travel ! Looking forward to travelling with you again in the near future!

My friend and I had the most enjoyable few days away in Edinburgh from the very start pick up point coach was on time and we were greeted by our driver james x our journey was smooth and arrival at hotel perfect hotel novo park hotel was amazing fab rooms and service, breakfast was superb , nothing was too much trouble , our driver james took us in to city centre and pick up each day spot on , also a tour of edingburgh which our guide was very informative x .Our return journey was as smooth and was kept informed of arrival times all the way home We have travelled with jones the bus before and have booked our next 2 trips with you in 2025 would never book with anyone else well done all

Show was amazing & we still had plenty of time to have nice meal before it. Thanks to Korrie who always looks after us so well & got us to London in plenty of time.

We had a wonderful time. Hotel Sole was just as we remembered it from our last holiday there also this time we had a bigger room overlooking the lake & square. Gianni maitre d remembered us & was so nice. Mark & Shaun were amazing & made sure we were all well looked after & we enjoyed our pizza night with them & our forever friends whom we,ve travelled with many times. We also made more new friends as you say get on coach as strangers but leave as friends which is so true. We enjoyed the boat trips especially to Limone (no thunderstorm in middle of lake this time ha! ha!) we seen so much more in Limone & Malcesine also Sirmione & Garda town. The rain on Thursday didn't stop us walking the coastal path from Riva to Torbole as the views were still stunning. Lake Garda is a fabulous place to visit & we will go back again. Going through Switzerland the views are lovely too. After all the walking we did we,re now relaxing until our next trip end oct. Thanks again Mark & Shaun & Gemma for organising it all.

First time travelling with you guys.Nigel the driver was friendly and communicated well with everyone.The coach was clean and the journey was comfortable.The Clayton hotel was located centrally and rooms were lovely.Breakfast was lovely.Great price for overnight trip.My only negative is that the pick up was Fforestfach and I live on the Eastside of Swansea,so a more central pick up would be nice.Will be booking again though.Thank you.

What a fabulous weekend we’ve had!! Did the music tour as a last minute decision - it was both very informative and humorous. The Novotel Hotel couldn’t have been much closer to Albert Dock or the Liverpool One shopping centre. A very big thank you to Nigel (the driver).

The Clayton hotel in bristol was fantastic and right in the centre of Bristol and also within 5min walking distance to cabot circus. I definitely recommend this trip and hotel.We will definitely be travelling with Jones international again.

We had a fabulous trip to Cantabria. The hotel was great and right on the beach and the staff were so friendly and food was amazing. Special thanks to Shaun our coach driver who looked after us so well and drove us safely there and back. We would highly recommend a trip with Jones Coaches to UK or Europe and excellent value for money. Some lovely people on the coach.

Most importantly our drivers Mark and Shaun were brilliant throughout our holiday, my wife’s wheelchair was never a problem for them, Mark even offered to push it for me on a few occasions. Lake Garda is a beautiful place to visit ( even if it did rain on a couple of days ) the included excursions were excellent and very enjoyable so thank you Jones the Bus for a lovely holiday.

Newcastle trip was everything we hoped for.The journey was seamless with James the driver. We were kept informed of timings & route, also liked the historical facts about where we were visiting. The hotel Copthorne was excellent. Food, the room & fantastic riverside outlook,, where we were able to sit relax & enjoy the views. The itinerary was great, especially Beamish outdoor museum. We enjoyed Durham despite not being able to visit the cathedral & castle. It was nice to have a day arranging our own outings, of which we took the metro, visited a swimming pool, went to the coast at Whitley Bay & took the ferry from North to South Shields. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our trip with Jones. Value for money & we will be looking for future bookings.

As always excellent trip, great value for money. James our driver was excellent.Hotel Copthorne was superb, views from our room exceptional. the buffet breakfast was particularly good.Trip to Beamish was good even with the bad weather.Sadly trip to Durham not quite as expected but no fault of Jones International that the Cathedral and Castle were shut for the students graduation. Newcastle it's self has so much to offer, we actually used the Metro and visited Teignmouth. Jones are the only company we would use for our trips.

We went to Newcastle for a 4 night stay at the Copthorne Hotel.Throughout our journey and day trips our driver James was outstanding, informative and kept us updated throughout the journey. We couldn’t have wished for better. The hotel is fantastically located, with rooms facing the river. The room was spacious and even had a fridge.The food was excellent. All the staff were polite, professional and courteous.Tip: when visiting the city Centre, have a bus or taxi as the hill is steep to go there.Yet again, Jones the Bus is highly recommended.

It was our first trip with Jones the bus, excellent from start to finish - coach was comfortable/spotless, Tower hotel was perfect - rooms had views over the Thames- Venue seating was ideal. Our super driver James was a font of information on this break. He was a great guide and very well prepared . He made sure we all had a great time.The hotel The Copthorne over looking the Tyne and famous briges was excellent . Room huge and facilities great. Breakfast and evening meal were very good. The staff at the hotel were very helpful.Beamish although raining was a top class visit. It lived up to my expectation. Durham was another day visit. Very close to our base hotel . An attractive cobbled street city with a beautiful Cathedral and Castle. Great shopping and dramatic architecture and river views.Newcastle on our last full day. Great shopping, architecture and magnificent Cathedral and Castle. Plenty of river walks with several bars along the way . This break was top class well worth the money ! A long journey but fantastic !

The trip was fantastic. Our driver James was very friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel was amazing, as soon as we entered the room we were amazed at the wonderful view. Food at the hotel was lovely with a nice selection for breakfast and a great choice for the evening meal. The staff were also friendly and helpful. He was also very patient with the traffic in London. A lovely hotel, great breakfast, and located in a fantastic location, with St Katherine's Dock and all its eateries right on the doorstep. The Palace and Windsor Castle.....a lot of walking but well worth it.

We went on our first ever bus holiday abroad, to Cantabria, Northern Spain .A truly memorable holiday from start to finish, packed with excursions and also time to relax in our lovely hotel. Thanks once again for a lovely break. From start to finish everything was superb. Very impressed with the Holiday Inn hotel. Very comfortable and accommodating, great breakfast and I think it must have been soundproofed. No sounds of slamming doors, couldn’t hear the traffic and it was hard to believe we were yards away from terminal 1 at Heathrow (lol).Mark was great and it was really thoughtful of him to get us checked in at the hotel while we were at the theatre. It’s the little things…..It was also great to meet Nathan the new recruit. He had a good mentor in Mark. Well organised and the seats for the show were ideal.Looking forward to our next break in October.

Brilliant show, that's another tick off my bucket list. Korrie was outstanding because the weather onthe way home was horrendous. Really great 2days all told.

This was our first bus trip and I must say it was very enjoyable, we will definitely be booking with this company again.Corey was the driver of the bus and he was very friendly and informative during the whole trip nothing was too much trouble he even gave us all his phone number in case any got lost in London. The weather was horrendous coming back but Corey's driving was flawless.The seating that was arranged for us at the theatre was ideal and the show was fab.The hotel we stayed in was Holiday Inn Heathrow and it was really nice.The whole two days was pleasurable.

Amazing trip , correy the driver was absolutely brilliant explaining everything and very helpful and a good sense of humour, great location the hotel let the trip down a bit rooms were very small and smelt damp but that’s not Jones’s fault all in all a truly amazing company! My first ever coach trip. Travelled on my own as I am now a widower. Hotel was clean and comfortable and central for York city centre. Being a bus driver myself, appreciated the comfortable journey there and back. Sean the driver was informative and kept everyone updated on journey. Trip was good value especially not being charged extra for single occupancy at hotel.

As always, a wonderful trip with Jones International, this time to York with day trips to Pickering and Whitby. The Radisson hotel in York was centrally located, with comfortable rooms and lovely breakfasts & evening meals. A big thank you to Shaun our driver, who looked after us so well! We’ve already booked another trip for December.‘It’s less fuss with Jones the Bus!’

Jones international bus was comfortable. The timings for pick up etc excellent as was our driver Corey. The weekend was great, with the exception of the Ibis hotel. It was billed as 4 star and even though in an excellent position for our break, it left a lot to be desired. Our twin room was tiny with no shelves/drawers. It was dark with no window. Thankfully it was for one night only. I think Jones international should re-think its use of this hotel

Was a brilliant trip from start to finish very well organised, comfortable journey nothing was too much trouble for our driver Callum , was happy to help when we got lost and couldn’t find our way back to the hotel , due to road works and closures the journey back took a lot longer than expected but Callum kept us updated throughout and was doing his very best to find shortest diversions possible , looking forward to the next trip already

First time travelling with Jones the buses, I was recommend this company by a friend who will only use this travel service. What an absolute pleasure this trip was from start to end. Our driver Callum was amazing, knew more about London than the hop on buses drivers. He spoke to us throughout the journey on ETA, surroundings & general chit chat. Hotel was ok rooms bit dated and dirty and the noise from next door wasn’t good paper thin walls, The choice to stay out an our baggage taken back to the hotel for us tho was a winner. All very well organised and precise. Amazing work by Callum & the team. The traffic home was horrendous due to bridge closures but again Callum tried his hardest to avoid as much as possible again with clear updates where possible. Even tho everyone was tired at this point including Callum the atmosphere was still great. Loved it! Will definitely be returning again soon. Thank you team Jones the buses!!

A lovely weekend visiting Stratford-Upon-Avon, Broadway and Bourton on the Water. Coachdriver, Nigel was helpful and kept us informed of itinerary and timings. Hotel was good and all in all from booking through to the trip was all very well organised and slick.

We had a great holiday in Spain. The Hotel Olimpa, Isla was in a lovely area and the staff were hardworking and friendly. We felt in safe hands with Shaun as our driver. What a fabulous, well organised trip. We were so very well looked after by our driver Mark. The hotel was excellent, lovely big rooms and excellent food. They did need extra staff in the restaurant but that’s my only niggle. I travelled with my disabled son and made some wonderful new friends.

I travelled Northern Spain, holiday was fantastic, Shaun the driver very professional and showed empathy when faced with a couple of unforeseen incidents. This was our first time travelling with you. From the time we were picked up we were made to feel welcome and supported by our driver Callum. During the long journey he regularly checked that all the passengers were ok. Every passenger was given his mobile number in case there were any problems overnight. The trip itself was well planned and organised. The only downside was the hotel we stayed at overnight. The room was clean and had tea and coffee facilities but I have to say the evening meal was awful. Callum our driver apologised to everyone but it wasn’t his fault. Breakfast was well presented, plentiful with an excellent choice.I am already booked on another trip and would love to find out that Callum is our driver.Thank you Jones The Bus.

Brilliant break at the weekend to Hampton court palace/Bath i would highly recommend it as a place to visit and value for money we had plenty of time in both places the hotel was lovely and plenty of choice of food.the coach was spotlessly clean and comfortable and Nigel our driver was on hand if there were any issues I've lost count of the times I've travelled with Jones international and already looking forward to my next trip

A lovely 5 day break on the Isle of Wight' Shanklin. The hotel was lovely, staff were friendly and accommodating. Our driver Mark was amazing, nothing was too much trouble for him, he even gave us some of his time on his day off to take us to Osborne house. We will definitely go on another trip with Jones the bus.

First time we have booked a coach trip and it was great service from start to finish. Driver (Mark) is knowledgeable, friendly and always on hand to help. Great pick up points and drop offs. We really enjoyed the call the midwife tour. Everything seemed easy. Definitely going to book again with Jones buses. I think we have the coach trip bug now!

Great selection from soup, salad, chicken, fish, chips, quiche and fish fingers. Dessert was fruit salad and two different cakes. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. And very clean. Breakfast was amazing buffet. Best hotel ive stayed inChatham docks.....what an experience and educational. Highly recommended.Cream team was beautiful and then journey home.

We had a fantastic holiday to Lake Garda which exceeded expectations. Korrie and James did an amazing job looking after the whole group and made it as painless as possible. The journey to and from the resort was very long but the four days we were in the resort was well worth the journey. The suggested extra trips were good value. The hotel Sole was really nice - location perfect, food really good. Could not fault anything. An exceptional experience.

Had a fab weekend. First time travelling with Jones International and won't be the last. We were picked up from Cardiff Gate dead on time. Neil our driver for the weekend was amazing with a great sense of humour. He had much knowledge of the areas we visited. Stayed at the Riviera Hotel. Nice rooms. Indoor pool. Attentive staff. Food was the only let down for us but otherwise very good. The whole trip in general was great value for money. Very much look forward to our next break.

It was such a wonderful experience! The coach driver Callum was exceptional. He made everyone feel welcome, shared interesting facts and stories about the place we visited, kept us informed on traffic reports and so much more. The hotel we were lodged in was really good with delicious food and polite staff. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I would definitely use Jones International again.

An excellent and varied trip. Apart from the excellent day in Edinburgh with the Tattoo we went to Stirling and Falkirk, Loch Lomond ( with a trip on the loch) and two more stops around the loch, one of them at the quaint village of The hotel we stayed in was in the pretty village of Drymen. The rooms and meals were good and having soup and sandwiches after a our return from the Tattoo was most welcome.We were well looked after by our jolly and informative driver, James. The coach as always was very comfortable.

Where do I begin. I came back from Scotland last night and cannot thank you enough for such a fantastic trip.It started from the minute we were picked up. James, the driver, is an absolute credit to your company. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He kept us well informed every step of the way. I was travelling with my mum who had to use a wheelchair and it was always outside ready for us when we got off the bus.The hotel, staff, and food were just brilliant. The location was perfect for all the trips we did.The highlight for me was the Tattoo and the boat trip on Loch lomand.If anybody reading this is thinking about it. All I can say is don't think. BOOK IT. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much Jones. Xx

What an amazing experience first time booking with Jones the bus and will definitely not be our last. Our coach driver Callum went above and beyond during our time away and made our break all the more special !! The Holiday Inn Bath Road Heathrow was wonderful so comfortable and the breakfast was amazing so much choice. I Would and have recommended Jones the bus to family and friends.. There is one thing I would like to add please could you pick up at Nesth as it is very difficult to get to mcdonalds for pick up/drop off and nowhere to leave a car whilst away i'm sure you would have a lot of customers in the Neath and surrounding area. What a lovely few days we had. A relaxing and comfortable drive to and from London, and we're glad it was your driver navigating the city & not us. Enjoyed the Tower of London and the London Eye & still plenty of time to do what we wanted to. The hotel was clean and comfortable and provided a good selection of food. I had heard good reviews about Abba Voyage so couldn't wait to go on this trip with Jones the Bus . This show did not disappoint, in fact I would love to see it again. We went to Windsor the next day after spending the night at the lovely Holiday Inn on Bath Road. A big shout out to our driver, Callum who make our trip very enjoyable. He brought us through the centre of London after the show to show us the sights all lit up. Callum was very informative and always looked smart. Thank you Callum and the team. Lovely 4 night break in Torquay.Riviera Hotel was good, nice rooms good food.Driver Corrie was brilliant, kept to schedule on journey & day trips to Sidmouth/Exmouth on day 2 and Plymouth on day 3 (All 3 towns were lovely, well worth a visit).He's a nice guy as well.The passengers were brilliant to, everyone friendly & happy to help each other out.Happy to recommend Jones the Bus any day.

Always excellent. Mark is a fab driver and very reliable. We got lost ance but he guided us back. He was very reassuring.. The only complaint is that the vicinity restaurant in the hotel charged twice for our meal. I am still trying to get a refund. Have sent a email but no reply as yet.

What a fab trip this was! Email communication was very good with all details.The driver Sean was excellent giving us little descriptions of where we were travelling, very good knowledge! First time jones international undertook a trip to London Zoo. Day 1 afternoon at London so was able to spend some time exploring the sites. Holiday Inn stay was amazing, pleasantly surprised. Evening meal was included in price and food was good value. Cory took us to London zoo on second day by the opening time so nice and quiet for a while. An excellent trip. Value for money and highly recommended

What a lush weekend in Blackpool for my sons 1st time, hotel was lovely5 course meal every night, cook breakfast every morning, hotel right on the front, lots to do and see, we experienced everything that Blackpool had to offer, we got in the riots reguarding the Portsmouth incident, but the hotel made sure we were all safe and reassured us. Had the most amazing weekend spent in Liverpool. Korrie was amazing as usual , keeping us up to date with what was going on. I’ve lost count with how many times we have travelled with JTB …. We won’t travel with anyone else.

We went to Legoland on the 27th of July and had the very lovely Callum drive us. This is the 3rd year we've done Jones the Bus (or Banana Bus as my kids call it) and I can't rate this company high enough. After booking we don't need to do anything as Jones the Bus do everything for us. From picking us up, to giving us facts etc on where we're going and including some funny jokes along the way and of course sorting out hotel rooms at the end of the day. Brilliant company and we will continue to book a yearly trip with Jones the Bus.

The music history tour was great too and very informative as it wasn’t all about the Beatles but the history of Liverpool too.

We have just got back from an amazing weekend at legoland. Our driver Callum was amazing. From the start he kept us up to date with timings,any issues, didn't let us miss anything even down to the planes as they were passing over us and was really funny. Wow! we,ve had a fabulous time in Austria. Mark & Callum were wonderful as always to everyone so thank you both.We were well looked after. The day trips, Salzberg, the boat cruise on the lake were amazing. The Hotel Goldenes Schiff, food & staff was great. The sound of music tour with Peter the guide was fascinating to hear the original story, seeing all the places from the film we enjoyed. We will definitely go on this holiday again.

We had the most amazing time on this holiday - its been on my bucket list for a long time and it lived up to expectations. Mark and Callum are drivers were amazing and looked after us so well - they went well above what they needed to do for us and always had time to listen and help - and their driving skills were excellent!! The main hotel for the holiday was wonderfully placed and they too looked after us really well. This was our first holiday with Jones the bus but it certainly wont be our last.

Would highly recommend this tour, although the journey through France and Germany is long the scenery is fantastic with plenty of comfort stops. The hotel in Bad Ischl could not be better placed alongside the river where you can sit and enjoy view and have a few drinks. The excursions were also beautiful with plenty to see. The rooms were clean and comfortable and staff very helpful. Food was good with choice of main after first night. As for the drivers Mark and Callum they could not do enough for you and always went above and beyond what they needed to do . Have been with Jones the bus in the past and will definitely be going again, well run family business and it shows.

Just returned from a week in Ireland. My first trip with Jones that was longer than an overnight stay. Shaun our driver was brilliant, very knowledgeable and helpful, went above and beyond to make the trip memorable including some sightseeing excursions that weren’t part of the original itinerary. As a solo traveller, I felt we started as strangers on the bus to becoming a little family at the end of the trip. Hotels were great, meal choices were excellent. Just come back from a wonderful trip to see Andre Rieu in concert. The driver James was so professional, friendly and helpful telling us exactly where we were going and we had plenty of time to explore Valkenburg, Aachen and off course Maastricht where the show was out of this world. My mum has mobility issues so I was a little nervous however Jones driver Callum couldn’t have been more helpful, not only with her but everyone. He kept us fully informed about traffic, weather, arrival times, local attractions in Torquay. The whole trip was relaxing and we both enjoyed food, entertainment and we upgraded our room and bathroom had everything mum needed - so happy, can’t wait to go with them again / DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

Can I just say one thing, due to traffic etc,maybe idea to leave Windsor 5pm - 5.30pm, not 6pm,due to getting to hotel 7pm due to traffic, didn't have alot of time. Just thought. Not the first time I have travelled with Jones and definitely not the last. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The driver was friendly and organised everything brilliantly. The hotel was lovely as was the food. Very good value for money. Would highly tecommend.

Enjoyed the holiday. Shame everywhere was closed in Brest,but managed to find Naval museum open which was very good. Little train from hotel to Concarneu old town was a good way to see the main sites. Hotel nice, and staff friendly. James was brilliant and was very helpful to everyone. We'll done.

Thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Excellent driver, very helpful and courteous. Excellent hotel & food.Some minor constructive criticism - bus radio/music could have had more of an eclectic choice. I was unaware that I had to travel to Llandeilo before going back to Carmarthen, own fault perhaps.

A really good break trips were all well organised and Shaun had done his home work enabling him to make everything more interesting and helping us to find are way around much easier excellent service as always from him, Hotel was good clean and had all you would need in rooms food was good but I’m not a fan of mash potatoes and that was on all evening meal's so not to my taste otherwise good ,thanks Jones the Bus for another great trip and a big thanks to Shaun for brilliant service.

Very professional driver and a new luxury coach. All entry fees for the various gardens was included in the price.Our first call was at Dorney Court near Windsor. A fine Tudor Manor house, we had an extensive tour of the house and Church and surrounded by beautiful gardens.The Lensbury hotel on the banks of The Thames at Teddington Lock. A beautiful hotel in manicured gardens. The evening meal on the first night was a bit disorganised but this was remedied for the rest of the stay. The breakfast was top class.I had a large single room with plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. Modern well appointed ensuite.Kew gardens dropped off at the main gate with plenty of time to see the gardens. Hampton Court easy drop off point and plenty of time to see the house and gardens.Wisley The RHS garden was our last visit. The best garden you can ever visit for ideas in your own garden .Overall an excellent tour of The Gardens of The Thames Valley. Well worth the cost !A Highly recommended tour for gardeners or historians. Thank you for a lovely break with good weather.

A fantastic, well organised holiday. Coach was super comfy and clean. Shan/Shaun (not sure I am spelling that right) our driver was very informative and helpful. He went the extra mile to make the most of our trips out. Felt very safe and happy with his obviously great driving skills. The Four Oaks hotel was super. Great food and the rooms were comfy and welcoming. All the staff there were very friendly and efficient. Thoroughly enjoyed out trip.

Unfortunately the Hotel was a big let down, Food was not up to the stand that we had in the hotel in Torquay on our last trip 90% was frozen and had no taste. Went on our second trip with Jones the bus Back in January on the same trip we did the first time as i absolutely loved it, the first time in March last year, we had James, who is an asset to the company, so friendly, witty, informative & chatty, you could not fault him, his coach 'Monty' or BD18 TKX is so clean, comfortable & powerful! He made the JtB experience! The one we went on in Jan Korrie was our driver, and he was the same, so friendly, informative, witty & chatty, his coach, BA19 OXM was so comfortable, clean & nicely presented. The seats we had at the Lion king both times were brilliant, the hotel is by far my favourite ever, amazing Airport views, breakfast was really nice! a MASSIVE round of applause to the company as they are by far the best, Da iawn Jones, Hope to be on board again in the future!

My daughter and I had a great weekend with my 3 year old grandson in Legoland. Callum our driver provided regular clear information regarding the itinerary and was very friendly and helpful. The coach was comfortable and very clean, the hotel was modern and we had a great breakfast. My grandson still talks about Callum and the yellow banana bus. This was our second trip with Jones the Bus this year and would recommend to anyone.

Polite, friendly helpful & informative driver Shaun bus comfortable and clean.Hotel great clean & central location lovely staff, we had view of the river, breakfast good & evening meal average but included in price.Excursion to where heartbeat was filmed I loved brought back memories of watching it with my late mamVery impressed with Whitby shame weather was too windy for a boar ride.Lovely fish and chips.Not fussed on Pickering cafes, charity shops but loved seeing the steam train in action at the station.This was a 4 day trip could have done with another day free time in York.Lots to do we seen a show in the theatre, the ghost bus tour ,hop on hop off bus and the war museum.Enjoyed a lovely Indian restaurant at Mumbai near the golden fleece pub where there live music every night from 9pm.
